We have a 14-day no-conditional return policy, so you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must pay customs fees when returning the item.
The returned item must be in the same condition as when received: undamaged and untorn, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product was shipped defective by the seller and the seller is at fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. In this case, the return shipping costs are the seller's responsibility.
